Dr. David S. Baskin is President of The Baskin Group, Inc., a leadership and organizational
development training and consulting firm based in Burlington, NC. Clients include
mid-to large-sized companies in varied industries. Dr. Baskin's professional

From 1986 to 1993, Dr. Baskin served as an internal management consultant and
Training Director for Bear, Stearn's & Co., Inc., where he implemented a four-year
restructuring plan of a major division, including instituting
business and marketing strategies for investment bankers. He served on the six-member
management committee of Corporate Finance where decisions affecting the department
and the firm in general were taken under consideration.
